The training, is a basic version of all necessary information that sales must have, to understand pharma needs and to build a professional trustful relation with a customer that high demands, such as the pharma shippers.

Assessment Details
In all modules you must answer all questions correctly to pass. However, in MODULE 2 (8 questions) and MODULE 9 (7 questions) you may miss one question (i.e. 7 of 8 or 6 of 7 correct). You have 2 attempts for each quiz.
