Course(s) Description
This course can be adaptable to the length and depth
needed by the organization. It can be adapted to the different roles or
functions of the organization. The training can be focused on airside or
landside processes, regulatory requirements, safety requirements, operational
procedures, airports layout and viability. The course can also be tailorized on
specific operational jobs. The training will focus on identifying the
processes, procedures, and resources for the implementation of the IATA Ground
Operations Manual (IGOM) and on understanding the tasks, powers, and
responsibilities of the staff for establishing safety conditions and at the
same time evaluating the effectiveness of the system itself in order to
intervene to correct any deviations.
